Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We service most of Northern Virginia (all the way to Richmond), Washington DC and Maryland.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.  Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer.  Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! Our add-ons are listed on our booking page under “Extras” at https://ouicleandmv.com/booking

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Also, you can can give us a call at (571) 520-3001 and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your credit card in your upcoming booking. You can also give us a call and we will update your card for you

How do I book my first appointment?

Pricing & Policies

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home and the square footage of the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on our booking form https://ouicleandmv.com/booking

What if I am not sure which type of cleaning I need?

Standard cleaning: if your home get cleaned regularly (at least once a month) by either yourself or a professional
Deep cleaning: if your home has not been cleaned by yourself or a professional within the past 45 days, or if you want to give your home some extra TLC
Heavy duty cleaning: if you home has a lot of dirt and dust, and needs organizing

Why do you need my credit card information at the time of booking?

We use your booking to hold your spot on our schedule. We do not charge your card until after your cleaning is complete.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Of course! All of our cleaners must pass a full criminal background check before joining the Oui Clean team. They are fluent in English and have proper work authorization. In addition, all of our maids must perform a series of “test” cleans before they are fully hired. We work hard make sure that only the best cleaners show up to your home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We work hard to make sure that every cleaning appointment is top notch. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If something goes wrong, we will make it right. If you should experience any issues during your clean, please contact us and we will be here to help.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

NO WORRIES, YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SAFE WITH US.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All of our cleaners must pass a full criminal background check before joining the Oui Clean team. They are fluent in English and have proper work authorization.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 5 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund 50% of your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within 48 hours). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
